Use this page to set your availability and manage lesson reservations with your players.

Availability & Max Members Rules

  1. Each time slot you create must include a start time, end time, lesson type, and max number of members.
  2. Set the max members to match how many players you can safely and effectively coach in that time slot.
  3. When a time slot is full, mark it as full or remove it from the schedule so no more members can join.
  4. If you can no longer cover a time slot, update or cancel it and notify any members already booked.
  5. When changing the max members, never reduce it below the number of members already booked.
